A weekly SEO report in your inbox, without opening a dashboard.
Every Monday at 9am, an agent pulls your rankings, traffic, and top movers from Search Console and GA4, writes the summary, and drops it in your inbox. You read it over coffee instead of building it.
An agent pulls Search Console, picks the 20 URLs worth discussing, and writes the weekly narrative in Notion — so you read five minutes of prose instead of thirty minutes of charts.
How it works
Most SEO reports are a screenshot dump nobody reads. rundash replaces the monthly copy-paste with an agent that knows your goals: it opens Search Console, diffs the last 30 days against the prior 30, picks the URLs worth talking about, correlates impressions with rank changes, and drafts a two-page writeup in Notion. You review it, not the raw data. If a new opportunity keyword breaks 50th position, the agent calls it out and suggests the next brief. Run it on the first of the month, or whenever your client meeting lands.
Integrations used
Templates for this
Before you set this up
- Does this work without Ahrefs?
- Yes. Search Console alone is enough for the core report. Ahrefs and similar tools add competitor context, but the agent will degrade gracefully if they are not connected.
- Can I run it for multiple clients?
- Yes — duplicate the template once per client, point each copy at that client's Search Console property, and give each agent its own Notion destination. Routines run each one on its own schedule.
- How is this different from a dashboard?
- Dashboards make you go look. An agent comes to you with the narrative, the movers already picked, and a recommendation for next month. You spend five minutes reviewing instead of thirty minutes interpreting charts.
- What does a run cost?
- One agent run per report. On the Free tier that is 10 runs per month total across all your agents; Starter and Growth lift the cap substantially. Every plan includes every integration.
More use cases
An agent clocks in before you do. It pulls overnight metrics, calendar, inbox, and the one thing that actually changed since yesterday, and lands a 5-bullet brief in your inbox at 7:55.
Every Monday morning, an agent pulls fresh sign-ups, enriches them via Apollo/Hunter/Clearbit, scores them, and drops the prioritized list into your CRM.
On the 25th of every month, an agent scans your best-performing posts, the search trends in your space, and gaps from last month — then drafts next month's calendar.
