Questions before you pick a plan
What counts as a run?
One run equals one agent session fired off. Scheduled runs and ad-hoc runs both count. A session that fails because of a network error on our side doesn't count against your cap.
What happens at the cap?
Agents stop starting new jobs until you upgrade or the next month begins. No surprise charges, ever. You can enable paid overage on Scale if you'd rather keep running.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — no lock-in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and your plan automatically downgrades to Free. You keep your agents, tasks, and history.
What Anthropic models do agents use?
Claude Opus, Sonnet, and Haiku — configurable per agent. Default is Claude Sonnet 4.6, which balances cost and quality for most jobs.
Is my data stored?
Task inputs, outputs, and generated files are stored so you can review runs on the board. Attachments and artifacts live in Cloudflare R2. Nothing leaves your account; we don't train on your data.
Can I bring my own Anthropic key?
Yes — on Scale. Drop your sk-ant key in Settings → Advanced and your runs bill directly to Anthropic. Your rundash plan becomes a flat platform fee.
Do unused runs roll over?
No — runs reset at the start of each billing period. We size the plans generously so you have headroom; Scale has overage if you routinely run past the cap.
How long does a single run take?
Most agents finish in under a minute. Long-running jobs (deep research, multi-tool workflows) can take 10-15 minutes. You can watch your agent work in real time as the run unfolds.
