Bring your own API key

You'll paste a key from your Helpdesk account. The key is encrypted in a managed vault under your workspace — rundash never sees the raw value.

  • Personal Access Token (PAT) - Basic Encoded

    Your Personal Access Token (PAT), base64-encoded with the Account ID (username:token) as required by HelpDesk API Basic Auth. PATs can be generated in the Developers Console under the Tools / Personal Access Tokens section.
